How to submit a support ticket
 

To start a support ticket, please log in to our B2B platform and follow these steps:

 

1. Locate the product listing on our website.

  • If the item is no longer available, find a similar or current generation product from the same brand to proceed

2. Click on the item to open its detailed information page.

3. Navigate to the Description and Warranty tabs, then select the Warranty tab to access the Support form.

4. Complete the form, ensuring the SKU and product description are updated if lodging the ticket under a different product.

5. Attach the following to the ticket:

  • A copy of the proof of purchase.
  • The item's serial number (if available).
  • Any relevant supporting photos.

6. Submit the ticket.

We’ll take it from there once it comes to us.
